The Challenge -
In Mid October 2011 Myself and two work colleagues decided on a challenge to motivate ourselves to get in shape.
One security guard and two Customer Service Supervisors.
We have until February 1st 2012, and the most improved physique wins. The Other two will be using their local gyms, I will be doing bodyweight training in Victoria Park, London.
Parallel bars, pull up bars, hurdles and a tree trunk is what I intend to use to win this challenge.
Hi, I'm very impressed by your transformation (attempting the same myself ;) and I'm sure you'll be equally sad to hear Tower Hamlets have dumped the parallel bars. I'm campaigning to have them put back.
