The Challenge -
In Mid October 2011 Myself and two work colleagues decided on a challenge to motivate ourselves to get in shape.
One security guard and two Customer Service Supervisors.
We have until February 1st 2012, and the most improved physique wins. The Other two will be using their local gyms, I will be doing bodyweight training in Victoria Park, London.
Parallel bars, pull up bars, hurdles and a tree trunk is what I intend to use to win this challenge.

Day Eighteen
Today was the first day I could wake up thinking that I could do exercise again.
I rolled out of bed and did
40 push ups
A further 25 push ups
70 crunches
25 push ups
30 crunches
10 push ups.
100 of each.
Shower, and then scrambled eggs with a strong coffee.
