The Challenge -
In Mid October 2011 Myself and two work colleagues decided on a challenge to motivate ourselves to get in shape.
One security guard and two Customer Service Supervisors.
We have until February 1st 2012, and the most improved physique wins. The Other two will be using their local gyms, I will be doing bodyweight training in Victoria Park, London.
Parallel bars, pull up bars, hurdles and a tree trunk is what I intend to use to win this challenge.

Day Sixteen
I have been advised not to exercise if I want to get better.
I may sneak in a couple of situps and pushups just so I don't revert to my haggis like figure during this time....
